Terms of Service

1. Our Products

Tabris sells digital products only, including but not limited to Roblox scripts, access keys, and external tools.

Nothing we sell is physical. Delivery is fully digital and, in most cases, instant after a successful payment.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once a payment is completed and the product is delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to: changing your mind, purchasing the wrong product, visiting the wrong website, temporary downtime of a script, receiving a warning or ban in-game, or any other reason.

If you ordered the wrong item and have not yet received or used what you paid for, you may request an exchange at our sole discretion.

3. No Chargebacks or Disputes

By purchasing from Tabris, you agree not to open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for any reason.

Initiating a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from our Discord server and immediate revocation of any keys, scripts, or other products tied to your account.

4. Delivery

You are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout, including a valid email address.

Mistakes made on your end, such as a misspelled email, do not entitle you to a refund. Contact us through Discord and we will help where reasonably possible.

5. Detection & Account Risk

Our scripts are intended for entertainment purposes. While we engineer them to be as undetectable as possible, no internal script can be guaranteed 100% undetectable.

Using our products may violate Roblox's Terms of Service and could result in warnings, suspensions, or bans on your Roblox account. You accept this risk in full. Tabris is not responsible for any action taken against your account.

6. No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee that any script, custom build, or external will remain functional or undetected indefinitely. Roblox may patch a product at any time.

We will do our best to ship updates promptly, but some products may go offline permanently and no refund will be owed if that happens.

7. License & Resale

Any custom script, key, or product made for or sold to you is licensed for your personal use only.

You may not share, redistribute, resell, leak, or otherwise transfer your product to any other person. Violations will result in revocation without refund and a permanent ban.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to purchase or use any Tabris product. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

9. Contact

All support and inquiries are handled exclusively through our official Discord server. We do not provide support through any other channel.

10. Agreement

By completing a purchase from Tabris, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Service.
